Customers of our leisure facilities are asked to note that we will be taking a phased approach to reopening our Lettings in September to ensure that our risk assessments and procedures deliver their intended outcomes, and we are taking all reasonable steps to keep the users of our facilities safe.

As such, we will be building up the availability of our Leisure and Lettings offer over a period of weeks, starting with a small number of customers initially. We will be contacting those customers directly and further updates will be published on this site or via direct contact.

We have also taken the decision to look for a 3rd party company who can bring their Lettings expertise to the Trust to manage our facilities which in turn will allow us to focus on education.

This opportunity will be advertised on Contracts Finder.

Our aim is to find a Lettings partner who can build on existing community partnerships, broaden our offer to more people and work with the Trust to meet our wider strategic objectives on social inclusion and community cohesion. Customers should note that all existing relationships will be honoured.

We hope to be able to appoint a Lettings partner in October with mobilisation taking place immediately thereafter. We will update this website with further information in due course.
