What a fantastic day we had on Saturday with some of our Ecoschools and School Council members and their families!  We spent the morning session litter picking in the woodland, and collected so much rubbish that we filled one bin and could have half-filled another.  Some of the more unusual items we found were: part of a broken pressure washer, a portable bbq, a camping stove, a number of umbrellas…and crisp packets dating back to 1980!

In the afternoon, we planted bulbs in the raised beds behind the school hall and around the flower beds next to reception.  A massive thank you to Oliwells Nursery in Tibshelf for their donation of 3 big bags of daffodil bulbs!

Finally, a big shout-out to Miss Ward and her Dad who have laid a floor in the bottle greenhouse.
